Donna Doll

PRAIRIE GROVE—Donna Rae Doll, of Prairie Grove, IL, passed away June 11, 2018.
She was born Jan. 16, 1954 in Wilmington to Eugene and Evelyn (Elyea) Dermott. Donna graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor of science degree.  On March 10, 1984 she married Charlie Doll.
Donna had a passion for the under resourced and animals, especially shelter dogs. Donna was her church’s contact for PADS, an organization to help the homeless. She was also active with the Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus and had her own pet sitting business.  
She is survived by her husband, Charlie; her daughter, Sarah (Alexander) Huyser; her brother, Mark Dermott and her four-legged friend, Buddy.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Diane Kupkowski.
There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 16 at Ridgefield Crystal Lake Presbyterian Church, 8505 Church St., Crystal Lake, IL 60012.
