A local juvenile who allegedly tagged several downtown buildings with spray paint will complete community service through the Wilmington Police Department.
The incidents happened on June 13, when several security cameras caught footage of a young male tagging six businesses downtown with graffiti between the hours of 3-4 a.m..
After the incident, the police put out a call to the public to help track down the vandal, and the City Council approved a $500 reward for anyone who could help catch the graffiti artist.
